Been a while since I've been here, may as well post the car.

I'll skip the odds and ends and get to the good bits. Stock D16Z6, GReddy 15g kit at 11psi, eBay intercooler, eBay SSQV (ricey sound, but it's my guilty pleasure), RC 370cc injectors, Motorola 2.5bar MAP sensor, Phearable ECU and basemap, eBay resonator cat delete, Vibrant Streetpower flat black catback. That's all I'm doing to the engine (or so I keep telling myself). Thing needs a clutch though, stock unit is slipping a bit under full boost. Held great when the kit was at just 5.5psi. :(

Haha, yeah the bay is a little nasty. I had the splash tray off when I put in the intercooler and left it off for like a week because I couldn't find anything to trim it with.

No dyno results, nearest dyno is like 1000 miles away. But I've beat the one b16 hatch in town by a good amount back when I was on 5.5psi. Also pulled a 15.12@93mph quarter mile according to my friend's iphone.

I've only been boosting 11 psi for about a week now but it's a hell of a lot quicker.

I really like the kit, installation was a cinch. Took me about 6 hours. :D

One thing I would have changed is I would have gotten an oil filter sandwich for the feed instead of using the tee off the oil pressure sensor just for peace of mind, but the tee hasn't given me any trouble.

No, I don't really see what could rattle. If it does though I'm going to get a cat welded in. Hush it down a little more.

the core of a cheap catalytic converter can rattle around, regardless of being welded

I think you completely misunderstood me.

It's not a catalytic converter, it's a resonator that you bolt in the place of the stock one. Welding a cat in isn't going to do anything about a rattle (and it's not rattling), it's going to quiet down the exhaust and get rid of pops. I'm just waiting for an excuse to do it.

your engine is stock as in completely stock or does it has a better gasket? i have a blown gasket now and i am thinking of changing the gasket and running a setup like yours 1st, is it advisable? i have a TDO4 turbo, supra intercooler(stock) a fuel pump from a 2.0L car and thats about it, anything else i need? i do know that i need a chip for my ecu and better injector?

pls advise thanks =D

Got it back from the welder early yesterday (I found a guy that would weld in my quarters for me and paid him 400 cash), spent all yesterday and today on it. This is where it's at right now:

Now I'm going to "prep" (scuff) the rest of the car and roll on some red. :D

Roller paintjob was abandoned due to a streak of shit weather before I had to move to Calgary.

Now that I'm settled here I just paid someone to paint it. :)

If I ever do I'll let you know. I love BC girls.
